Welcome to Gurbani Flow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gurbani Flow mobile application ("Application") and related services provided by Project Sukoon ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Description of Service

Gurbani Flow is a spiritual reading application. The Application provides:

Access to Nitnem banis (daily Sikh prayers)
The daily Hukamnama from Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar (sourced from SGPC)
Customizable reading experience (font size, themes)

2. Eligibility

This Application is intended for users of all ages. There are no age restrictions, and no account is needed.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Application
Use automated systems to access the Application without permission
Redistribute the Application or its content without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

The Application software, design, and original features are owned by Project Sukoon. The Gurbani texts themselves are sacred scriptures in the public domain. The daily Hukamnama is published by SGPC, Sri Harmandir Sahib, Amritsar.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

While we strive for accuracy in the presentation of Gurbani texts, we recommend verifying with official sources for religious practices and interpretations.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
